Are you a DIY home seller? 🏡

Matt from Matt Wineera - Thats Real Estate with Matt Wineera

Thinking about diving into FSBO (For Sale By Owner)? Here are three must-know tips in a nutshell!

1️⃣ **Nail the Price:** Setting the right price is like finding the perfect recipe. Too low burns equity; too high, and your listing might get stale. Let a real estate agent work their magic with a free Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to find that sweet spot.

2️⃣ **Craft Your Marketing:** Once the price is set, it's time to market smartly. Who's your dream buyer? Create a savvy plan to shout out that your home is up for grabs.

3️⃣ **Paperwork Game:** Ah, paperwork! It's a challenge in the FSBO game. From forms to contracts, one tiny mistake can ruin it. If you're skipping the agent, consider a lawyer to navigate the legal maze.

Going solo in real estate has its risks. Feeling overwhelmed? We've got your back!

Reach out anytime. And, if you haven't had a CMA report yet, we'll gladly provide one for free and no obligations.

Happy selling! 🌟

Good Warm Home Loan ANZBank

Anna from Mount Maunganui

Just advising that anyone who is renovating should apply first this loan - even if they don’t need it. With the escalating costs AND hidden problems that you may come across you can go well over your budget and find this 1% interest loan useful. It is for 3 years and specifically targets items like double glazing

You don’t see this Ioan on the front page of there website and have to read carefully terms ad conditions.

If anyone has had success in getting their loan halfway through their renovation I would love to hear from you
