URGENT - House needed in Rural Ohauiti/Welcome Bay Area
HOUSE NEEDED OHAUITI/WELCOME BAY AREA
Hi, we are a couple (mid 40s+) needing to move from our current rental due to renovation and sale. No kids but we do have 2 house trained cats. We are seeking a rural house or fitted out shed etc with 2-3 bedrooms. Being warm and dry is first priority with a good internet connection a must. We own a cafe in Town and work from home as a biz finance/admin manager. Move in date can be flexible but we are very keen to take action. Current landlord available for excellence reference. Happy to help out round the place if needed.
