Programme for Gifted Children to open in Tauranga
The New Zealand Centre for Gifted Education is a registered charity that supports and enriches gifted young people around New Zealand. They are exploring the possibility of opening a MindPlus programme in Tauranga in the near future. This is a one day school where children can work with a specialist teacher outside of the mainstream classroom.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the Tauranga community and they are holding an information session next week. The school will be located at a classroom in central Tauranga, however the information session for Parents will be held at Tahatai Coast on Tuesday July 2nd at 5.30pm.
If you know of a family of gifted children, please forward the attached flyer to them and hopefully we can bring this incredible programme to our amazing city.

A person is crossing a bridge and sees a boat full of people, yet there isn't a single person on board.
How is this possible?

Got more greens than you know what to do with? 🥦🌱🥕
Whether it’s a courgette takeover or a feijoa frenzy, don’t let those garden gems go to waste!
Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫
