CERT NZ, the government authority responsible for cyber security said in a tweet, that anyone who receives this email should report it directly to Waka Kotahi (NZTA).
How to spot a phishing scam:
- NZTA will only send an email through if an individual has contacted them first.
- Email addresses will always end in @nzta.govt.nz, @enews.nzta.govt.nz or @reply.nzta.govt.nz.
- The email may be missing specific details that the NZTA will have on file: such as your plate number, the date your vehicle license is due and vehicle make and model.
- Hover over buttons and links to see if the pop-up will take you to a genuine government (.govt.nz) website

After planting new trees last month, we are now back to weeding, and removing unwanted shrubs and trees.
What and where is I’Anson Bush Reserve? This lovely bush reserve with a 2 km walking track around a small lake is situated off Loop Road, which is off SH2, about 500 meter past the Te Puna roundabout on the right (when coming from Tauranga). It is managed by Western Bay District Council, and supported by Forest & Birds and Queen Elisabeth II Trust. A group of enthusiastic volunteers helps for a couple of hours every third Thursday of the month.
More volunteers are needed. Newcomers welcome, no experience needed, various fitness levels accommodated, equipment supplied, training given on the job, satisfaction guaranteed. Just wear sturdy shoes, bring gloves and a water bottle if you wish. We meet at 9:30 am on the car park off Loop Road and we drop the tools by 11:30am. Several of us go for lunch to a nearby café. Car pool available from Katikati.
We also seek dedicated volunteers to look after traplines for pest control. It will take approximately 1 hour a month. All equipment supplied.

But did you know that it can do much more than just clean your clothes? The stuff can be multifunctional in your household. For example, you can use both the liquid and powder version for your drain, oven or car. We have listed seven things that you can clean with laundry detergent.
1. Unclogging the drain
Is your drain clogged up? Don’t call a plumber just yet; try this trick first. Pour about 60 millilitres of laundry detergent into the sink and then (slowly) pour a litre of boiling water down the drain. The hot water and the liquid detergent work together to flush out the blockage. That saves you another visit from the plumber.
2. Making all-purpose cleaner
It is also perfectly fine to use laundry detergent to make all-purpose cleaner. To do this, mix 80 millilitres of bleach, 4.5 litres of water and a teaspoon of laundry detergent together. It works surprisingly well on walls, in the bathroom and on almost any other surface in the house.
3. Removing stains
When you think about it, it makes sense that the same stain-fighting properties that help clean your clothes, also work on upholstery and carpet. Apply powder detergent to a stain and rub it gently with a wet cloth to work the detergent into the stain. Wait five minutes, then wipe off the excess powder and repeat until the stain is gone.
4. Washing the car
Laundry detergent is ideal for cleaning the outside of the car. It removes dirt with ease. Makes sure to dilute the detergent fist. Just one tablespoon of laundry detergent per bucket of water should be enough. A solution that is too concentrated could damage the paintwork of your car, which is something we want to avoid! Of course, you can also use laundry detergent for the interior of the car, as described above.

What does it take to want to learn something new... perhaps interest, need, want, curiosity or a deep desire to better one's life or exploring new tools and techniques for personal development and self improvement. The next Rebirthing /Breathwork group meeting date is now set for Saturday the 19th June from 2-4pm in Tauranga, so if you are interested to perhaps join me at this event, please join this group below. The group is called Meetup Group "Tauranga Self Exploration via Rebirthing/ Breathwork" www.meetup.com................ I am inviting everyone to be part of this group who is suffering from anxiety, depression, abuse or addiction, stress or simply having breathing problems. This meetup group which is presently growing will conduct regular group meetings in the application and experience of breathwork. It is fundamentally a breathing technique which helps to connect to often underlying and less conscious causes of stress and to help to resolve or remove them using the breathing itself as the tool and helper. The term Rebirthing here has no religious affiliation but more so one of being in spirit, inspired and inspirational to remove obstacles of trauma in its many forms from our life so we may live a life with much more freedom and peace and compassion. Something we all could do with some more in times like these. You need to join my group first before you can attend any future event. Looking forward to meeting you. If you have done some breathwork sessions before or attended a workshop these group meeting still can be very valuable to anyone who knows about the breath and its gifts and secrets it holds. See you soon. Peter PS. Breath is life (the breath of life) and better breathing brings about a better life overall. See you soon.
