We want your views on some changes we’re proposing to the gambling venues policy. Gambling venues can only be located in commercial or industrial areas in Tauranga – we’re proposing to instate an additional 100m buffer from residential zones with higher social deprivation, so no venue could relocate right next to those areas, where the risk of gambling-related harm is higher.
