Christmas is supposed to be the jolliest time of year - full of whimsical family reunions, selfless gift-giving and Masterchef-worthy feasts.
But sometimes this just isn't captured on camera. We're after those amazingly awkward Christmas moments that have been captured on film.
Maybe it was the time you went to visit Santa and your little one didn't want a bar of it. Maybe it was a self-timed family shot that went horribly awry. Or a Christmas meal that was more a festive fail.
Whatever the not-so-merry moment, we want to see it! Share your pictures and a little bit about them with us in Stuff Nation. We look forward to seeing them! Here's the link to contribute.

All of the 2018 class have begun, or are about to begin their first advanced roles in dairy, and tutor/farmer Dave Horner says there are already employers lining up for the next group of graduates.
It’s an intensive 37-week residential programme, based near Taupo, which combines theory, practical training and on-farm experience based around the Massey University Diploma in Agriculture (Level 5). To find out more and to enrol, visit the Taratahi website.

We love poppies, and this Tibetan blue (Meconopsis betonicifolia) is especially eye-catching. They are available from a number of nurseries, including Blue Mountain in Tapanui.

They are super ready to be planted in a sunny wet spot to tower your garden. They are truly magnificent plants that grows super fast and gives huge flowers with lots of seeds. Good idea to plant a few around the chicken coop. And in autumn they will have sunflower seeds to feast on.

He didn't leave much, just Kiwisaver, but over the $15,000 threshold where a grant of administration is necessary. His family asked three different lawyers what it would cost. They were told a 'minimum' of $3000. One said there would also be '$500 disbursements'.
That is obscene.
'Disbursements' would be $200 for High Court fee. Plus maybe $100 for a will enquiry (if placed in the most expensive part of New Zealand, otherwise $57.50). Plus $35.70 for a paternity search. Anything else was legal fees or office expenses.
In most cases, Kiwlaw will do the work for $400 plus disbursements. Add $100 for necessary advice to a spouse if they are the applicant. You can do your own will enquiry and paternity search, or use Kiwilaw's automated online 'bot' to do it, or pay a bit more for Kiwilaw to do it. We will send you the documents with full instructions for signing and sending to the High Court. It's not that hard. Don't let bereavement become a rip off.

If you are making use of OSCAR care, would you please be as kind as to indicate which dates families will require care from. We would like to establish if families require 3 or 4 weeks of holiday care and activities for their children. Thank you for your time. :-)

OPINION: Johnny Moore says if the smiles from ear to ear are anything to go by then the electric scooter trial is a success. The "grumpy old men" need to stop grizzling and remember what having fun is like.
