This is for executors to apply for probate of a will after someone has died. We currently charge $400 (next year $460), and you pay the High Court fee direct ($200). (If there is no will, and if you need letters of administration, we use a slightly different process that costs about the same.) (This links direct to the form. Hi,
Wanting to know if anyone has had experience dealing with North Canterbury Painters and their workmanship? My In laws, in Kaiapoi, are needing their house and garage roof painted. They had a painter come and start the job but the job he has done so far has been terrible with poor workmanship and quality, but they had already paid him $1K. North Canterbury Painters have quoted to come and fix / finish the job but we cant find any information about them and I don't want them getting burnt again.
Any feedback is appreciated or other recommendations.
