The alternative is to ignore the concrete outcrop that sticks out way to far and continue like it wasn't there. Horses may not be happy tho. Spoke to the highly educated university people about it while onsite but I don't have a degree so waste of time even speaking. Concrete comes to the country what a waste of money. Now I see they want to put an island as well good luck if you've got lowbed any form of truck and trailer units.
