Research shows that in life coaching the relationship between the coach and the client is the most important success factor so it’s very important to find a coach with whom you are comfortable enough to fully share your thoughts, feelings, and goals.
Your coach really needs to ‘get’ you, to be able to effectively support and motivate you in the journey towards the goals you choose.
