And it’s now in New Zealand – sightings have been reported in Kerikeri in Northland, Waitara in Taranaki and Te Kuiti in Waikato.

So it appears that blasphemy will remain illegal in New Zealand for now after both the National Party and the Maori Party voted against throwing it out of the Crimes Act.
Labour MP Chris Hipkins recently introduced an amendment to remove anti-blasphemy laws.
