We have a new Class starting the 3rd of March at 5.15pm, Come straight from work, no special clothes needed. Enjoy this health giving soft style martial art that will help with balance, flexibilty, mobility and much much more. Feel refreshed and mindful after a class.

Learn the 108 moves before Xmas and be ready for the new classes starting in the new year.
