Tai Chi in the Park and Glow in the Park
Parks week in conjunction with the Lakes District Council 4th March to 10th March
Taoist Tai Chi is offering free classes on Monday the 6th March also
Tuesday and Wednesday at Kuirau Park starting by the red statue at Ranolf St 5.10pm. Also on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Noon.
Glow in the Park is On Thursday the 9th March at the Village Green at 7pm free class followed by a deomonstration of two sets .
Great opportunity to try something new, great for balance, flexibility and general well being. Taoist Tai Chi is for all levels of fitness.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

Fundraining for Bowl Cancer

This February, I am taking part in Move your Butt for Bowel Cancer and will be conquering 200km for the 100 Kiwis who die from bowel cancer every month.
My goal is to raise funds for Bowel Cancer NZ to support patients, raise awareness and fund research to beat bowel cancer.
