The new grass is growing, wireless internet installed for residents separate from staff, hearing loop to assist hearing aid reception in the main lounge, fibre installation, television and telephone service to rooms. While all rooms have ensuites there is also a separate bathroom complete with ceiling hoist to assist patients and residents confined to their bed.

The audit process commenced with the on-site inspection which was very positive and the MOH certification process will advance. This may take up to six weeks following which we will be able to occupy the building with residents/patients. Because of this, we are unable to set a firm date for the move.

- Provide a safe, supportive environment to explore aspects of their grief and reduce isolation and stigma associated with bereavement by suicide
- Gain information and strategies about how to care for themselves and others (including children and young people) after a suicide
- Adjust to living with loss and moving forward

Next scheduled programme in Invercargill:
