Make Swiss Style Cheese & Mozzarella #2
Due to popular demand, we have decided to run a second Cheese Making Workshop in July.
Participants will learn how to make their own Swiss Style cheese and Mozzarella at home, without any fancy gear or expensive starter cultures.
We encourage anyone who missed out last time, to register ASAP as we have once again only a limited number of spaces available.
