Reminder: The Volunteer Marlborough office will be closed from 2pm today until 10am on Monday 18th January.
During this time, our website and online services will be available. However, since many of the organisations we are connected with will be closed or working reduced hours, most applications for volunteering opportunities will not be processed until the 11th or later.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
