Hard Cheese Workshop

26th September 2019, 6:30pm–8:30pm
Learn how to make variations of swiss style hard cheese, using the same base recipe but with your own take on it. Go through the process of basic cheese making, sample some home made goodies and go home feeling empowered - ready to create your own variety of cheeses.
$30 per participant.

Please note that we will be using Riverside Milk which is RAW milk and may not be suitable for everyone's consumption. The Ministry of Primary Industries advises the following: ‘Raw milk may contain microorganisms that can causeserious illness. To reduce the risk of illness, raw milk should be heated to at least 70 degree Celsius for one minute. This is critical for infants, young children, the elderly, pregnant women and people with weakened immune systems.’

In the Franklyn village back car park phone Louise 0276025945 probably some poor wee girls Christmas present. I have left out some lettuce and carrots and cucumber in 2 different spots so she doesn’t starve overnight and alerted the SPCA. She or he may need to be trapped. Until we sort this out you can count on me to keep her well fed.
