It is classed as a sleep out , has no plumbing etc but I have. a wee out house and a large deck which serves a my cooking area .. I am 70 years old and have a wee pussy cat nearly as old .. I am currently staying on a property where I dont feel very safe and need to move as soon as I can . All I require is secure power, all other things I can look after myself . I also need access for my essential care worker who comes to help me with my personal needs every week .. it is very important she be allowed to do so .. thank very much.. tasman area please .

You can sit on the chairs, but the seat is a bit high. If you are or know somebody good with a sewing machine this can be corrected easily.
One of them has a different frame as you can see in the picture.
