Owners of properties at Sovereign Palms, Kaiapoi, are critical of proposed changes that send public buses through their subdivision.

Resident Joy Melhopt told the Kaiapoi-Tuahiwi Community Board this wee that the community was concerned buses were not suitable for the area's narrow streets, tight roundabouts, and tranquil environment.
