Cantabrians' lives and their homes are particularly at risk, with about 188,000 people - about 148,000 of those within Christchurch City - exposed to raging rivers in a flood hazard area calculated and drawn by the National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research (Niwa) for the study.
Nearly 110,000 Canterbury homes have been placed by Niwa in the flood hazard area, with an estimated replacement value of $34 billion (based on 2016 figures).

Just because you can't see rollers, doesn't mean they're not busy. Ideally you want to replace them before they wear out and fall apart like the top one in the photo.

The steel ball bearing casing can wreak havoc on your soft aluminium track every time you drag it open and shut.
All the other new rollers in the photo are technically the same size and should fit as replacements, but often the holes don't align exactly, so it's good to have a range of different rollers on hand. There's even a steel roller that can carry a much heavier door (good to use when doors have retro fit double glazing and weigh a gazillion times more than they did).
So if you've lost your bearings, or are about to, give Jim a call 0210 6988932 Waimak Door and Window Repairs

If anyone has information on variety of my stolen Stihl electric chainsaw and electric pruners I would love to hear from you.
I beg you please don't buy this stuff and encourage these thieves to continue taking things from us who work very hard for what we own.
Thank you.
