Hi everyone,

We're running a free chair yoga class.

WHY chair yoga?

It's no secret, regular yoga practice leads to improved: flexibility; strength; posture; and mental wellbeing.

But if you have mobility issues, you may feel excluded... because yoga poses require you to get up & down from the ground.

Chair yoga is LOW-intensity - yet, still delivers all of the benefits.

If enough people show interest, we'll run regular chair yoga classes.

Here are the details:

* 11:00am to 11:45am, Monday, 13th of August
* Paremata Boating Club - 110 Paremata Road

And, do let me know if you are interested in chair yoga, but can't make this free class. Also, include days and times that work best for you.

Please share with friends who might be interested.

Register for the free event, here:

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thanks,
Lauren McKee
