Public asked to avoid contact with surface flooding

With all this heavy rainfall there is going to be surface flooding and overflows all across the region.
We are advising the public that this may result in wastewater flowing into gutters or streets. Please stay away from any surface flooding on the street and avoid swimming for 48 hours due to possible contamination.
