I just watched a taller older gentleman dressed in a blue dust jacket wearing gardening gloves and masked up,walking up and down Hillcrest Rd,between Princeton & Raumati Rd,taking the empty wheelie bins off the footpath,and placing them against the peoples fence.
THAT'S neighbourly - good work that man 👏
