Still time to get free curtains Porirua!
If you have a Community Services Card, you can get free curtains through Porirua Whānau Centre this week. Get info and an order form from the Centre early next week, take it home to measure your windows and fill it in, and bring it back before Friday, May 11.
Wellington Curtain Bank then makes the curtains to fit your windows, lining for extra warmth, and drops them back to the Whānau Centre for you to take home and hang. Curtains can keep heat in, cold out and power bills down – a great way to get ready for winter. For more info head to the Whānau Centre at 16 Bedford Court, Cannons Creek or call Wellington Curtain Bank on freephone 0508 78 78 24.
