If a luxurious hotel in California can be built from recycled shipping containers, then explain to me why on earth should we be currently experiencing such a severe housing shortage in our country?
This great idea should meet all the needs of the eco warriors out there and the people's need to purchase their first home.
A green roof and solar panels could also be added along with using recycled or environmentally friendly products in the build and design.
I do know that people are building homes out of them, but come on all of councils nationwide, the Government and every person out there ... this idea solves so many problems and all the while building up greenie points with the eco groups out there.
