New World on line shopping
We are told to stay home so I thought I’d use online shopping for the first time rather than going to the supermarket. This was my experience. They sure need to do some work to make this useable.
The system knew my delivery agent is New World Waikanae. Having never used this system I tried to sign up. The system responds I am registered but password incorrect.Tried 2x to do a password reset but nothing came back as indicated.
Maybe the issue Is I have a club card?
It seemed the online system will not let you order beer and or wine?
It also seemed to be saying that no time to pick up available in the next 5 days!
Finally I received an automated reply saying they will contact in up to 7 days.
ManageManageMyHealth confirmed it identified a cyber security incident on Wednesday.
