Golf and covid19
Except for my daily task of walking a dog as a volunteer, I can no longer at age, 73 because of covid 19, do the things I used to, mostly family care and music activities. Worrying and frustrating!
ANYONE FOR GOLF? I am investing my limited funds into membership of the Kapiti golf club. I may well find someone playing, but Neighbourly found a dog-needy person for me last year and I'm hoping luck will come my way again. A good golf mate would be not elderly but older, capable of playing without losing more than 4 balls per game, man or woman; living around Paraparaumu Beach might have some advantages.
When I played as a student I tried to get my handicap under 21 but I can't remember doing that, and I haven't played more than 4 games since 1975. Nothing like renewal, eh?
