Get fit in a small gym with a caring family atmosphere.

Caroline from Waikanae

Wanting to get fit but feel a little uncertain about the whole "gym thing?" Come along and have a look at my little gym/studio situated at 4 Koromiko Rd, Waikanae. This is where I take One on One Personal Training, small circuit classes and Yin Yoga. Right at this moment there are a few spaces available in my timetable that need filling. Don't dilly dally as this doesn't happen very often.

Why not have a look on my website? www.carolinemcdonaldpt.com.... I am looking forward to meeting you.

Poll: If we want to reduce speeding, what do you think actually changes driver behaviour? 🛻🚨🚓

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In the Post's article on speeding penalties, the question is asked whether speeding fines are truly about road safety, or are they just a way to boost revenue for the Crown?

What do you think? Should speeding motorists receive speeding fines or demerit points?
