The Telecommunications Dispute Resolution service, or TDR for short, is here to help. It’s ok to complain and we encourage you to speak up and raise issues early.

For phone and internet disputes, talk to your provider first and give them a chance to sort it. If it remains unresolved or if you need some extra help, you can talk to TDR – your free and independent complaint service.

Removing all ceiling and wall gib, insulating throughout regibbing, new electrics and plumbing, bifold doord onto a new deck, new wardrobes,......we have been living with a neighbour for almost 4 months (she deserves a medal) but it has been so woth it.
I have nothing but praise for Chris and Georgia Darby of Blueprint Projects and Construction. Chris has proved to be a hard working, talented, honest and thorough builder and project manager, Georgia has reported back on progress against budget on a regular basis as well as making many useful suggestions regarding design options - a very talented couple. I recommend their company without hesitation and reservation and would be very willing to discuss our experience more should the need arise.
