Very good condition Hammer snowboard Motion Series 153 with Burton bindings. Been in my lock up - was a lovely gift but I already had a snowboard that fits me better. Photos are unedited so can see properly. :)

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?

Retirement village 65 Ratanui Rd
Summerset have applied to the council to build a village ,about 263 units at 65 Ratanui Rd, it appears it is before council now for consent does anybody know about this
