New Location

Heather from Cando Technology Ltd T/A The Computer Place

To our valued customers

We apologize if you have been having a problem finding us. Unfortunately, the council failed to advise us of the impact their plans in building the new transport interchange would have on us and the access to our premises.

We were later advised by a council officer that they had forgotten to advise us that we would be impacted, we weren’t advised however that we would be completely cut off, making it almost impossible for you, our valued customers, to come in for all your computer needs.

In the ongoing process they have abused and obstructed our customers, illegally breached our boundary line, and obstructed easy access to our premises. We do apologize for this and assure you that we are working to get this sorted.

We are excited to share that you won’t need to battle to get into our premises anymore as we have relocated to 1/7 Hinemoa Street, Paraparaumu. This is in the ‘Old Mill’ building the first building on the right just over the railway crossing. We are on the corner and entrance with parking (no potholes!) is from Hinemoa St.

You will find us here in our new bright premises serving you our valued customers as we have since 1996 with our holistic approach to computer sales, support and service.

There you will find our huge range of power adapters, laptop adapters, cables including most audio, video, and computer.
Batteries, computer parts and of course a great range of ex lease computers, laptops, tablets etc

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?

Live Q&A: Garden maintenance with Crewcut

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

This Wednesday, we're having another Neighbourly Q&A session. This time with John Bracewell from Crewcut.

John Bracewell, former Black Caps coach turned Franchisee Development Manager and currently the face of Crewcut’s #Movember campaign, knows a thing or two about keeping the grass looking sharp—whether it’s on a cricket pitch or in your backyard!

As a seasoned Crewcut franchisee, John is excited to answer your lawn and gardening questions. After years of perfecting the greens on the field, he's ready to share tips on how to knock your garden out of the park. Let's just say he’s as passionate about lush lawns as he is about a good game of cricket!

John is happy to answer questions about lawn mowing, tree/hedge trimming, tidying your garden, ride on mowing, you name it! He'll be online on Wednesday, 27th of November to answer them all.
