Ancestry Membership
Has anyone had problems trying to cancel and/or delete their Ancestry.com membership and/or request a refund? I've tried to contact them by their email support address several times over the past fortnight, with no reply. This morning I called them, and after going around in circles for 17 minutes, was hung up on.
