Food Recall: Elite brand confectionary products
This recall has been extended to include an additional product - All batches and all dates of Elite brand Chocolate Flavoured Spread is being recalled due to the possible presence of Salmonella. Affected products should not be consumed. There have been cases of illnesses in Israel reportedly linked to Elite brand confectionery products, manufactured by Elite-Strauss Group, Israel. There have been no confirmed cases of illnesses in New Zealand, however if you have consumed any of these products and have any concerns about your health, seek medical advice.
