Helen Humphries was well into her 90’s and had been a member of WACS for around 16 years. She was very independent, very sharp and rattled off the cryptic crossword every morning. Spinning was her favourite craft and she brought in her spinning wheel on a regular basis. We were very fond of her and she will be greatly missed.
Her service was on Wednesday in Lower Hutt

My 19 year old granddaughter is on the lookout for a car 🚗
Unfortunately she was involved in an accident yesterday,and her Suzuki Swift was written off 😟
No injuries thankfully.
She is living up here until varsity restarts back in Wellington,then will be moving back into town.

She is living up here until varsity restarts back in Wellington,then will be moving back into town.
The problem is she has a job in Karori,and drives to work .... bit awkward not actually having a car 😬
So .... shes looking for a "new" set of wheels to make life so much easier for her.
Open minded re makes etc, but has a budget of around $2000 ... and needs to be an automatic 🙄
Her dad is a mechanic so will be able to run a ready eye 👁 over it for her
