Fully furnished house available

Fiona from Raumati Beach

We're going away for six months and our fully furnished home is avaiable for rent during this time. Our home includes three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, three toilets, two spacious living rooms, a separate dining room, two outdoor living/dining areas and beautiful landscaped gardens with spa pool and greenhouse.

The interior has recently been redecorated. The house has a heat pump, wood burner, gas hot water, and a large kitchen with two full sized ovens, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher drawers etc.

This is a very private setting with a large landscaped garden, in a quiet cul-de-sac with off street parking and wonderful neighbours :-)

My business will continue to run from our home and the rent reflects this. We would consider renting indiviual bedrooms.

Rent will include internet and gardening / lawn mowing services.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
