Notice of Otaihanga Boating Club’s Annual General Meeting

69TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
2pm Saturday 4th December 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will be held at the Otaihanga Boating Club (OBC), 19 Makora Road, Otaihanga, at 2pm Saturday the 4th December 2020. This is the 69th Annual General Meeting of the Club.
All members and prospective members are welcome to attend. Nominations for committee members and officers can be sent to Otaihanga.secretary@gmail.com
The OBC is run by a dedicated group of locals. The Club is situated on the Waikanae River and is a focal point for community groups and clubs. The clubrooms underwent an extensive rebuild following the 2005 flood and is the perfect backdrop for social events by members, community groups, and family celebrations.
Following the AGM refreshments will be provided by the committee. Please RSVP to Otaihanga.secretary@gmail.com for catering purposes.
