Looking after yourself.

Self-care equals being healthy.
Being healthy equals living life fully.
Living life fully equals joy and fulfillment.
Being healthy means looking after yourself in all those ways that you know of - nutritious food, exercise, sunshine, sleep, relaxation.
Being healthy also means looking after yourself emotionally and mentally and spiritually.
Some of these last 3 tend to get overlooked.
Having sessions with me can help with these.
Together we inquire into the emotions that are stored in your body, we inquire into the thinking structures that you have and I guide you deeper inside yourseelf to experience the truth of you.
Then you can be really healthy. You can live life fully and be fulfilled.
