A FABULOUS FIND
Tucked away in nature, surrounded by estuary beaches, wetlands and rural landscapes, what more could anyone want! Literally a stone throw away from the water - this is an amazing opportunity to live close to the beach and enjoy all the benefits this has to offer.

This 77m² beach Bach has an open plan kitchen and dining area that flow out onto a closed deck great for entertaining friends and family. There are three bedrooms, a huge main bedroom with views to the sea to capture those stunning sunsets. But wait there's more the property also has a self-contained portable sleep out that has kitchenette and bathroom facilities, all connected into services.

The section is 835m² so there is room for the tent or caravan, the boat and jet ski. For the more investment minded there is subdivision potential. The possibilities are endless for this property, build, renovate, keep it as is you decide.

The vendors are motivated and ready to take action so give Lynda or Emma a call today.

In 2017, free HPV immunisations were extended to boys for the first time, with about two thirds of parents choosing to immunise their children through their school immunisation programme.

HPV-related cancers take a long time to develop. The viruses are mostly transmitted in adolescence but often aren’t diagnosed until later. That’s why it’s important for children to be immunised when they’re young.

Around 80% of people will be exposed to HPV in their lifetime. Immunisation can significantly reduce HPV-related harm. Protecting all children before they’re exposed to HPV will protect their health in the future.

Free HPV immunisation at school or from your GP. For more info visit: www.health.govt.nz/hpv
