An evening with Kelvin Cruickshank

Kelvin Cruickshank

Hi neighbours, I've been swamped with people wanting to catch up with me since "Sensing Murder". For this reason, I'm continuing my series of exclusive evenings that will help to reach out and touch more people at once. These evenings will simply be me working with spirit.

Every day we can see people of different faiths dressed differently. We are increasingly finding ourselves associating with members of different cultures and faiths whether recreationally, socially or in the workforce. Have you ever wondered what people in those faiths believe and how why some of them dress so differently? Have you ever wondered what happens in a Muslim mosque or Sikh temple? This course invites you to explore the diverse religious traditions contributing to New Zealand society.

The topics for this term include: Foundations & Founder Figures; Sacred Texts; Image & Iconography; Prayer & Worship; Sacred Time; Sacred Spaces; Sacred Music; Sacred Clothing.
Please note: the course is conducted in an entirely objective non-judgmental environment, presenting all faith traditions in equal light.

The classes will be held at St. George’s Anglican Church, 1 Church Street, Gate Pa, on Friday nights from 6-8pm, beginning on 3rd August.
The course cost is Waged: $80 per term; Unwaged/Students/Seniors: $65 per term

So I know I'm Flooding social media with my charity and you may be sick of seeing my face, but hey it's for a good cause!
the amazingly kind-hearted Jim Peterson from Westbay Real Estate has offered 20% of a commission towards my fundraising for the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand ! the way it works is that someone who wants to sell their property needs to mention this fundraiser to him and when the property sells 20% of his commission goes to the mental health foundation! how amazing would it be knowing that some of the omission is going towards helping the youth of our country! so! I suggest everyone checks him out if you're considering selling and also want to help this cause westbayrealestate.co.nz...
or if your thinking of donating here is the link to my page which also includes my story and why I'm so desperate to create some change in this area <3

Hi neighbours!

I am running in the Auckland marathon in October as a fundraiser for the mental health foundation. As a country, we have horrible mental health and suicide statistics. with one of the highest youth suicide rates per capita in the world, especially with our young males. if you click on the link you will see my full story and my personal reasons for why I am doing this. All I'm asking for is even just a $5 donation to this epic charity that is actively making a difference in peoples lives in our country. Running has helped me through some pretty dark places and I'm hoping through this that my running could help other people!

However students can still use firearms as part of shooting clubs and competitions. Click here to read the full article and guidelines.
