Quick Keto Fudge
Here is a quick recipe you can try during lockdown.
1/2 cup of nut butter
1/4 cup cocoa or cacao powder
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 tblsp honey - optional
Mix ingredients thoroughly. Pour into a mould. Ice cube containers work well. Freeze. If using an ordinary tray, take out of freezer when partially set and cut, then return to freezer. Store in fridge.
