Awarded to a woman with connections to Franklin who is a New Zealand resident. She will be pursuing tertiary education at a recognised NZ Institution in 2023 or re-training following an absence from employment.
Awarded to a woman who best shows her achievements. It is not only dependent on her achievements but also her need. She will have connections with Franklin and is a past or present resident of the Franklin area.
