Established in 1996, the current schools are Aorere College, ASDAH, De La Salle College, Mangere College, McAuley High School, Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate Senior School, Southern Cross Campus, Tamaki College, Tangaroa College and James Cook High School.

The celebration was attended by 22 of the 26 residents that are over 90. It was good catching up with peers and seeing people we haven’t seen in a while. The lunch was very well received and appreciated by each attendee.
Auckland Local Board Elections take place next year - and the call for candidates to put their names forward is coming up in October. We want to know if Aucklanders understand what local boards actually do in their community.

Now, 125 years on, Auckland Council is marking this historic moment and the path it paved for the liberation of women with mostly free events and activities for all ages.
