Your councillors are focussed on making sure we deliver on the things that matter most to our community and driving affordable strategic change. They’ve set ten strategic priorities for the triennium and agreed to progress work to develop a new community vision to 2060 and beyond, and an accompanying blueprint for change.

Thompson House Anniversay
A great day at the Thompson House 50th Anniversay today. The Pipes & Drums of Horowhenua came and entertained which was appreciated by many. Great Coffee by the Ambo van, lovely fresh fruit icecream by Freezing Bay, delicious Sausages Sizzle by Menz shed. Finishing up the great and interesting weekend with some Christmas punch and an Anniversary cake to say a big Thank you to the volunteers for all the hard work that helped to make a very successful weekend and allowed many of the Levin Community to reminisce of days gone by and plan for the future. Also a big Thank you Horowhenua Councillors and Council staff who paid us a visit . It was much appreciated by the Thompson House Committee.
