Wharemauku Stream pathway resurfacing

The Team from Kāpiti Coast District Council

We're renewing the gravel surface on the popular Wharemauku Stream path. Starting at Matatua Road, work will progress to Rimu and Tahi Roads over the coming weeks.
The Wharemauku Stream is an easy path for walkers and cyclists commuting between Paraparaumu Town Centre and Raumati Beach, and connects to the Expressway Shared Pathway. The number of people using the path has significantly increased over the last few years, and this work will mean there's a safe surface for different modes of transport and people with different accessibility needs.
The track's open to users throughout this work, but please take extra care and follow the instructions of signage as we will have heavy machinery on site.

To check for closures on our tracks and trails, visit www.kapiticoast.govt.nz...

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

There's nothing worse than strolling around the streets in your neighbourhood and seeing dumped rubbish.
