Taranaki Plunket will be hosting dual Big Latch On events in New Plymouth and Hawera:

WHEN: Friday 02 August 2019
TIME: 10:00am registrations open; 10:30am WE LATCH!

* New Plymouth event, in collaboration with La Leche League Taranaki:
Plunket Hub, 214 Devon Street West

* Hawera event:
Hawera Plunket Rooms, Corner Wellington and Union Streets
www.facebook.com...

Both events have some choice SPOT PRIZES up for grabs.
Morning tea to follow, ALL WELCOME!

Things to note:
- we include breast AND bottle feeding families in this event
- we will not disqualify families whose children are not ready to latch at 10:30am

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
