1 Queen size bedroom, single level cottage (or such like), with office space, (this could be part of the lounge). Quiet, clean living, 59 year old single female business owner, non-smoker, no pets, excellent references. Around $350 per week neg. Merrilands to Spotswood preferred. Long term.
