Others of course have felt the full force of the virus so are unable to do so - they may be the beneficiaries of the former. Worse still some have gone to the wall and there may be worse to come. One area where savings appear to be possible is local authority charges including rates. I see some have got the message but others are still to see the light.
Now that we are coming into winter Canna's are starting to not look their best, so now is a good time to start cutting them back.
