Done with being tired?

Annemarie from Holistic Health Taranaki

The weeks before the school holidays have that "extra èxtra tired"-flavor.
We will tell the kids "only one more week till the school holidays and then you can rest up."
But when can yòu rest up?

Never, likely 😳
So that's why Mother Nature has this almighty long list of things we can do to help get through today and the rest of the week, again, and again, aaaaaand again 😉
🌿Flower essences
🌿Herbal blends
🌿Supplementation
🌿Bowen Therapy
🌿Cell Salts
Etc, etc, etc..
Don't stay shattered..... its just not worth it 💚💚

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
