Parking near one of Devon Street's trees on dusk is an 'at your own peril' decision. Do so and you'll return from your evening meal, movie date or late night shopping to a car covered in poo from roosting birds - it's the worst. Anyone else know what we're talking about?

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
