VACCINATION CLINIC CLOSES AT BAKER TILLY BUILDING

Beth from Whalers Gate

After more than two years of service to the community, the walk-in Vaccination Centre at the Baker Tilly Building (Powderham Street, New Plymouth) is now closed.

This means people will need to visit www.healthpoint.co.nz... to find another vaccination provider if they want to get their COVID-19 booster or any other immunisations. Other providers include GPs and pharmacies. The healthpoint website will let you know the opening hours, in your area. 👩‍⚕️

You can also visit one of the many upcoming pop-up vaccination clinics happening throughout Taranaki, check out where to go www.tdhb.org.nz....

Not sure if you’re up to date with your free vaccinations? Ask your doctor, nurse or Māori healthcare provider to check your vaccination record. 😊

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
