Hold'n on to your Holden
Over Easter weekend Taranaki Holden Club in association with Max Pennington's Auto City will host Holden vehicles and their owners as they attend the 2019 NZ Holden Nationals for the first time in New Plymouth.
On Saturday 20th April the TSB Stadium between 9am and 4pm will be the place to be for all Holden enthusiasts to take in a jam packed event covering the 70 year history of the Generals finest from down under.
This event will feature many rare and collectable vehicles including Brock, Walkinshaw, and many rarely unseen classics of days gone by, and that's not all as well as our National event you are invited to bring your pride and joy along and display it in our car park Show 'n' Shine area.
At 2pm a patient extraction car accident exercise will be held involving Fire, Ambulance and Police personnel to demonstrate what is involved in their daily duties.
But that's not all, on site will be food for the hungry, a race simulator for racer at heart, train ride for the little ones and trade displays.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
